At the bottom the pale yellow ones are Citron Butterflyfish (Chaetodon citrinellus), also called Speckled Butterflyfish.
The orange ones with the black dorsum and white spots are Fourspotted Butterflyfish (Chaetodonquadrimaculatus).
The reddish-brown ones that are the bulk of the fish in the photograph are Blue-lined Surgeonfish (Acanthurus nigroris). The one you remarked was a blenny is actually this species but it's angled it's body so we are looking at it from above which gives it that blenny look.
The white one with black stripes is a Convict Surgeonfish (Acanthurus triostegus).
At the top centre, grey with two white stripes and yellow ventral fin is a White-spotted Surgeonfish (Acanthurus guttatus), aka Surf Tang.
Right at the back in the shadows is a Clown Coris (Coris aygula).
