@Mr Gharial Absolutely, although during my visit I didn't see any orangutans on the wires or platforms. Each of the structures is accessible by the orangs, although if you look closely you'll see that there is a ring of hotwire beneath each platform and so the orangutans cannot obviously climb down to the ground. I've seen orangs up high in a similar setup at the Smithsonian National Zoo in Washington, D.C. and it is a spectacular visitor experience.
