This would be outrageously hard to narrow down, as there are over 680 species described according to Wikipedia.
 
@CheeseChameleon2007 Only three Loriicarids appear in yellow with any regularity, all of which are color morphs. This is the Sailfin Pleco, Rubberlip Pleco, and bristlenose plecos. Rubberlip is very chunky, with a heavy set body and fins; not matching this fish. The fish also appears to be lacking any signs of bristles, which most bristlenoses should have an indication of. Also it appears to be larger than a bristlenose, looking at the Buenos Aires Tetra in front of it. Thus leading to be most likely Sailfin Pleco.
