What do you think about this exhibit @snowleopard? It seems rather small to me for a breeding group to me, but possibly decent enough for a small bull group.
@Jarne The exhibit is clearly too small for a herd of elephants and I think that in another decade it will appear to be quite outdated. However, the pool is amazing and the visitor pathway between the two bodies of water is a fantastic design. I don't mind the huge rocks as it gives the enclosure a unique look and suits this historical zoo. I think that you are correct that the exhibit would be decent for a small bull group.
@snowleopard That quite nicely sums up what I feel about it. The rocks make it special, but in a way that suits Artis. Regardless of the exhibit itself, the visitor area does indeed look amazing, I hope to see it myself in a few years from now as my last visit was 1-2 years before the renovation.
