snowleopard 26 Sep 2009 This does seem like a very dark animal, and I too am shocked at the coloration. It looks more like a wolf, even though it obviously is not.

Ituri 26 Sep 2009 Well technically it is Canis lupus is it not? That being said, I've seen this color in dingos before just never in a NGSD.
