From a cultural and architectural standpoint, I am totally fascinated by that "Alfred Brehm House" - but from an animal welfare point of view I HATE IT!
Forumster Animal has taken some breathtakingly brilliant pictures in that house though, that is for sure.

I found it very upsetting from an animal point of view, so much so that I couldn't face a return visit to this zoo.
Although much of the rest of the zoo is very good the big cat area is like a nightmare.
