Hippo Haven - Red-lored Amazon

Hippo Haven is an immersive, East African-themed area. It is home to the only Hippopotamuses in an aquarium and thus the only entirely indoor Hippopotamus exhibit in the world. This parrot was formerly housed in Piranha Falls and now rotates with a Gray Parrot in this exhibit.

The parrots rotate. I’ve seen the Amazon and the grey parrot about an equal number of times in this exhibit.
