Is this the former beluga exhibit?

@DavidBrown Yes, this used to hold belugas many years ago. The exhibit had a tiered seating area added in 2017:

I wonder what they will do with the former walrus exhibit now? More harbor seals?

@DavidBrown The zoo has 4 exhibits in the Rocky Shores zone, with puffins and sea otters on one side and then two larger pools on the other (including the old walrus exhibit). The several harbor seals and the 4 California sea lions can rotate between the two pools.
