Looks like a domestic colour mutation of the Laysan Teal.

@Coelacanth18 This was at the Cape May County Park & Zoo, which I know keeps Cinnamon Teals in their bird house. I don't think they keep Laysan Teals, but wouldn't be surprised if they do, since they don't have very up-to-date signs for their birds.

@red river hog This does not look like a female Cinnamon Teal; I would think Laysan Teal is the case here.

I think it's just a domestic variation of Mallard, but I guess it could be a breed of Laysan Teal.

Well, we have lots of mixed opinions it looks like. I can't find any photos of domestic Laysan Ducks, so if anyone has any that I could compare this to, that would help. It does look similar to a Cinnamon Teal to me, which this zoo keeps, so that shouldn't be completely ruled out. I will check out pictures of Domestic Mallards to see if one looks similar to this.

It's not a Cinnamon Teal.
