Can anybody is this bird

Weird angle but I believe this is a Black-necked Stilt (Himantopus mexicanus).

This is definitely a Masked Lapwing (Vanellus miles)

@red river hog That could be, a photo showing the head and neck would clear this up, as would a species list for the aquarium.

@birdsandbats My reasoning for this is because there are two exhibits that have birds at the National Aquarium and they are Animal Planet Austalia: Wild Extremes and Upland Tropical Rainforest. The rockwork in the back is more of a light color, indicting that this is in Australia (the rockwork in the rainforest is much darker). The only bird there with legs that long is the Masked Lapwing.
