Nice photo with absolutely nice animals. What does the enclosure for yellow-throated martin in Tierpark look like? I saw them only in Dresden, but the enclosure was old wired cage a little hidden from visitors (in fact we could see them from cca 10 m)
The Indian martens at the Tierpark does have two big cages, bigger than Dresden, but I think, for so very active animals, the cages could be bigger and higher. Both cages are contected to each other. They have a little Pond in it, just a few climbing trees, both cages are not very high, and they have no hiding places in it, visitors can see them at every point of the enclosures.
I've seen defenitely better marten enclosures in zoos. Nuremberg Zoo does have the best Indian Marten Exhibit I've ever seen, they have a big cage, which is conected with a very large natural outdoor exhibit with free view to the visitors !
