Yellow-Spotted Sideneck Turtle Exhibit

May 23rd, 2010.
The Reptile House at Woodland Park is a fairly standard building that was built in 1969, and there are 38 exhibits in the facility. Other than a single armadillo and a solitary male tree kangaroo the structure holds nothing but reptiles and amphibians. The enclosure in the photo is perhaps the largest and best habitat, and there are always around 20 turtles in the pool that resides beneath a tropical escarpment.
