Thanks, Kiang. I enjoyed my Berlin Weekend very much, I had luck with the wheather and with good sightings of many rare species. It was my tiger-weekend, because all tigers at the zoo and the Tierpark were phantastic active. Unfortunately, the Indochinese Tigers at the Tierpark were in a cage, so it was impossible, to photograph them.
I was happy, to see Bao-Bao again, I hope, he will have some more years...
@Animal. Sure its possible, if you have the right camera...My camera is too small for that.
Not everbody is accepting jacksoni as an own subspecies, because there is just a very, very small genetic diffrence, which is absolutly normal. So no human is 100 % gentical identical...So some scientist don't accept jacksoni, as like as the Director of Berlin Zoo, and I agree with him. And don't forget, he is a collector of animals....
I accept if you accept jacksoni, so please accept my own opinion also. Thanks.
Nevertheless, these tigers are very rare in human care, and I wish the Tierpark and Zoo good luck to breed them !
