Anchorage’s Whale Mural.

Is this in a prominent location? I don't recall seeing it when I was in Anchorage.

@Gondwana yep it’s on the side of the west wall of the 5th Avenue Mall, where E Street crosses 5th and 6th Avenues. It faces the Performing Arts Center and is near the Kobuk Bldg and iconic local bar Humpy’s. The white bldg at the edge of the frame near the bowhead whale is the back of Polar Gifts.

When I first saw this I thought it was painted onto the side of a ship! None the less a very pretty mural, Anchorage is lucky to have this
