female bobcat

January 20, 2021, Sweetwater Wetlands, Tucson, Arizona.
@Thinkpink2m Since I labelled it as female bobcat, I am pretty sure it's her and not him. ;) Thanks for the compliment (and don't take my correction too seriously, I am just joking around).

@Great Argus @zoomaniac @CheeseChameleon2007 There are some bobcats at Sweetwater Wetlands that are not bothered by people (unlike most bobcats who will run from people). I have seen photos in the past on a photography forum of a bobcat with kittens here but I have never seen them myself. Last Spring (April through July 2020) I was visiting quite often in mornings and occasionally in afternoon to follow a family of coyotes with growing pups. They stayed in a settling pond below the main visitor area so most of my shots were from a distance. I never saw a bobcat at that time, though a daily visitor told me in the summer she saw one in the late afternoon a couple times. I just started going back and have seen bobcats on three of my four visits. All three times I have seen this adult female and one of those three times I saw her with a large male kitten and later saw a different adult (male I think but not sure). Some regulars I met on recent visits inform me this female was born there (possibly one of the kittens I had seen in the photos on the photography forum).
