It doesn't match perfectly but it's the closest I could find, from images I've seen there seems to be quite a lot of colour and pattern variation in the species.

Scroll to the fourth photo on this link. Rare species of Arothron pufferfishes | Reef Builders | The Reef and Saltwater Aquarium Blog Having found that, I searched for "A. caeruleopunctatus Maldives", which after some scrolling turned up this individual, though unidentified. Stock Photo - Scuba Diver at Maldive Victory Wreck, North Male Atoll, Indian Ocean, Maldives Looks like our mystery puffer to me.
