What is the context of this sign ? is this from Madagascar?

@Onychorhynchus coronatus It is found near exhibits with Madagascar species, namely bamboo and other lemurs, and next to a road leading to the fossa exhibits.

I haven't researched the weird words or the message on the sign, so I don't know if they are anything Malagasy.
