Bird Aviary

Currently houses 2 species of birds. This enclosure is located just after the Aussie Walkabout exit. Did the black jaguar used to be kept in here?

@driftaguy I'm pretty sure the Black Jaguar was kept much closer to the entrance

@Escher Nicholls I don’t believe Auckland Zoo ever held melanistic Jaguar (only melanistic leopards). The last Jaguar (a male named Lima) was held in an exhibit adjacent to the Chacma baboons prior to his death, so this was presumably were they were held over the years.
