This fish was one of the several in its tank to have a missing eye. Maybe infection or a fight broke out? This must be relatively new since they weren’t like this the last time I saw them.
I feel a bit bad for the fish but at least fish can live perfectly happy lives missing an eye (given the wound does not become infected). They still have their lateral line so they can still avoid obstacles and find food. If there were several like this in the tank, it seems there is an issue, an outbreak of exopthalmus (which can lead to eyes falling out, but not always) or fighting.
