Two adjoining open-topped tanks which currently only hold Trevally (Pseudocaranx dentex), a couple of young Kahawai (Arripis trutta) and a couple of Kelpfish (Chironemus marmoratus). Normally there would be Crayfish and other rocky shore species in here as well.
This tank can also be viewed from the level above. Below is a photo I took on my 2011 visit - when the tank had a lot of Crayfish in it - and at that time there was no boat but there was the corpse of a drowned fisherman lying on the wharf. The wharf has also now gone, probably removed by the dead-fisherman-authorities.
