@Great Argus I was wondering what this was. I could only think it was a pictus but I've only seen young ones in shops, and I've never kept them because I could never afford a school.
@Chlidonias Adult fish can sometimes be tricky when we often are more familiar with the juveniles sold in shops! Cichlids and catfish tend to be most problematic, but small livebearers and some barbs can be rather non-descript too sometimes. I have been sold juvenile fish that grew up to be something other than what I bought it as before.
