@Dylan I have the book where this came from ('Wonders Never Cease'), or at least is featured in it. It was published in 2006, and it is only listed as a 'proposed' plan of the new zoo, and I think is a massively long-term masterplan for where they want to go, though it probably is massively outdated by now, if it ever was concrete. The same map lists manatees, jaguars, and funnily enough, giraffes in almost the exact location they will be moving to shortly.
