Puffin exhibit [2015]

I have seen his format for displaying Puffins in several aquariums. I hate it, and struggle to see how it meets the needs of the birds.

From what I see, this kind of setup is popular mainly because of easy viewing of the puffins and other birds, though indeed the setup is rather basic and limited, and I would prefer something with more open air, and probably larger rocks as well.
