It's exactly as it was on my 2003 and 2005 visits from a cat perspective; there are works going on in the free-flight bird area though (roof repairs, I believe).
Oh dear, it truely is very poor. Other than that it's a wonderful place to visit (well a few other problem areas that I can think of), so for the life of me I cant see why the cats have to live in this way.
