To think Burma had to live 6 years without another Elephant companion, it's quite bad for an animal who is highly social to spend that long without another partner
@Escher Nicholls It is a long time, especially for this day and age. Kashin similarly lived for seven years without a companion from 1983 to 1990; and Jamuna lived a staggering 18 years without a companion between 1936 and 1954.
