The green head is characteristic of a male mallard, so it's probably a mallard/domestic hybrid. This is quite common in parks across the United States (and perhaps around the world?).
@birdsandbats Interesting - I thought domestic ducks were always white. However I just did a quick search and you are correct. So it could be either pure domestic or hybrid.
