With Roadrunner exhibit and off-putting Zoochatter.
Thanks for the feedback, I will most certainly see for myself when I next have the money for a trip.
As for myself I haven't been to that many zoo's in Europe all of mine have been concentrated in NRW area of Germany (but that's enough in itself!), plus the 2 Berlins, Prague, Budapest, Amsterdam and Gaia Park,

Out of those I can clearly state that Prague is my favourite, I also have soft spots for Duisburg, Krefeld and controversially Zoom

Yup, Prague's very hard to beat. It's got the full package - outstanding collection and very high quality exhibitry. Only the elephant/hippo house really lets it down, and the wheels are in motion to replace this. I think it's probably between Prague and Rotterdam for my absolute favourite, and I suspect Prague edges it. If Prague had Rotterdam's aquarium... :D

I quite like ZOOM but I've only seen the Alaska and Africa sections. My own favourite of the NRW zoos is Wuppertal, but they're generally all very good.

Yep, the elephant / hippo area looks like it's going to be impressive. I'm not overly keen on the polar bear exhibit at Prague, but other than that it's simply something that most if not all British zoo's need to look at.

Wuppertal is fine, but IMO let down by the cat housing (naturally not the lion and tiger ones!).

I've seen Asia at Zoom, but only in winter so have never seen the orangs outside, but it's a big area, the indoor quarters are high class.
