So far it has not been confirmed what the definitive plans for the savanna area will be and which species will be housed here. However the gates, stables and pens of the pig house wouldn't allow anything other than pigs or small antelopes. But pigs seem a bit of a hard choice for a mixed exhibit.

So far it has not been confirmed what the definitive plans for the savanna area will be and which species will be housed here. However the gates seen here, the size of and available stable space within and the pens on the other side of the pig house wouldn't allow anything other than pigs or small antelopes like gazelles.

But in terms of African pigs you really only have two realistic options (Red river hog or Warthog), one of which isn't really habitat-appropriate for a savanna. Also, pigs seem a bit of a risky choice for a mixed exhibit.

But I have seen seemingly succesful mixes of pigs (warthog and Visayan) with rhinoceroses (white and Indian, such as Planckendael in the past or Pairi Daiza) or of red river hogs with various savanna animals including rhinoceroses and giraffes (old Emmen Zoo). So it seems it is possible, but I'm not sure if the space in Antwerp would be ideal for it.
