Père David’s Macaque (Macaca thibetana)

Not gonna lie this animal doesn't look like a stump=tailed macaque. It looks like an assam macaque.
 
@PossumRoach @amur leopard It turned out to be a Père David's macaque (Macaca thibetana). The animals in Huangshan belong to local subspecies M. t. huangshanensis and are signed as Huangshan stump-tailed macaque, which was why I got confused. Real M. arctoides can also be found in China but their range is generally to the south of M. thibetana.
