Flemish garden and Melkerij building, 2021-06-12

This building from the early 20th century once housed a dairy operation and later became the zoo's education center with a small natural history museum. It is now in use as a restaurant. Behind the trees on the right is the marsupial house. Exit of small monkey house is seen on left side.
I have fond memories of seeing this restaurant during my 2019 visit. The building looks as if it is built out of LEGO and I mean that as a compliment. :)
 
@snowleopard I've always liked the aesthetic of this building and the surrounding area, and I also think that they preserved the interior of the building quite well.

That said, when I go to Antwerp nowadays I usually eat in the Grand Café Flamingo near the exit and the American flamingo exhibit. A little more expensive perhaps than the other restaurants, but the cuisine is pretty good (I love their lasagna).
