Glaucous Macaw (Anodorhynchus glaucus) study skin - an individual which died at Zoo Berlin in 1911.

Nothing more than the information in the title - that it was a captive individual (though presumably wild-caught) which was held at Zoo Berlin until 1911.

Yes; this was part of a display showing every historically-extant species.

All the references for Zoo Berlin I see only say 1892 for their Glaucous Macaw, so presumably the bird lived there for almost two decades if the 1911 date of death is correct. Apparently in 1900 the zoo had on display Glaucous, Lear's, and Spix's Macaws alongside Hyacinth Macaw (!).

You mean "almost two decades" as 1892-1911 is a total of 19 years. I think the skins of Lear's and Spix's Macaw in the exhibit were likely from the birds you mention, too - I shall have to check my photographs to see if there was any signage which might clarify this point.
