Microhierax caerulescens. In the Paradieshalle. Photo taken on 19-07-2021.
I messaged the park and asked them about your photo, according to them that picture is of a Pygmy falcon (Polihierax semitorquatus) but that must be incorrect?
 
@pangolin12 The parks actual pygmy falcons are moved to backstage now, but there were indeed pygmy falcons in the paradieshalle 2018 and 2019 at least :)
 
@Great Argus Yeah exactly, it's definitely not a pygmy falcon at least. Are we sure it's a Collared falconet though? Black-thighed falconet (Microhierax fringillarius) is also very similar.

I hope they get put on-show anyway, I don't have photos of either Black-thighed or Collared falconets yet! :D
