The Los Angeles Zoo has harpy eagles and will have a new exhibit for them in 2013. The San Diego Zoo has them. I do not know what other U.S. zoos have them.
I saw this species in:
- Tierpark Berlin (2009, 2011 - two birds),
- Wuppertal Zoo (2010 - two birds),
- Weltvogelpark Walsrode (2010, 2011, 2012 - two birds).
