There is this skink at the Staten Island Zoo that shares an exhibit with the Mwanza flat-headed agama, starred agama, two-colored skink, Gorongosa girdled lizard, and ocellated spiny-tailed lizard. This was April 7, 2019.
I saw the two skinks in question back in June and from a quick bit of research it appears the species comes in two color forms (perhaps the inspiration behind the English name). Both animals are indeed Trachylepis dichroma as far as I can tell.
