The public bus stop outside Wellington Zoo. The shelter has always been there ("always" as in "as long as I can remember" - I'm pretty sure it used to be a trolley stop decades ago, when they still had those in Wellington), but the animal pictures on it now were painted in 2012. The elephant in the painting is Kamala, the zoo's last elephant, who died in 1983. Her house - the white building in the painting - is now a cafe.
