Developments? September 2021

Something going on at the area that was originally intended, some time ago, for crayfish and sand lizards.
 
This is a lovely area to sit in, so I hope it retains its serenity. The Crayfish building was built for and once housed Anoa. When I was a kid, I think this is where the walkthrough aviary was that adjoined the ARK Ed centre?
 
@TriUK Yes it is a lovely area, with planting that is absolutely perfect for bees - hundreds of them around today. I remember the aviary and also going in the building before it was Bugs, Amphibians and Volunteers. Can't remember exactly what was in there but I do recall a talk where you could touch snakes!
