I am usually not squemish with animals - snakes and insects don't bother me - but this animal kind of grosses me out. (Then again, maybe looking at me would gross him or her out ).
@Arizona Docent That's doubtful: they are effectively blind. But I understand your reaction to this creature: I have to tell myself that hagfishes are even uglier and nastier.
