@nczoofan In the last 20 years, Memphis Zoo has splashed the cash on China, Northwest Passage, Teton Trek and Zambezi River Hippo Camp, all on the right-hand side of the zoo's map, but the 1960s-era African Veldt zone is now looking severely outdated in the vicinity of all those new exhibits. There has been some renovation jobs on the Reptile House, Aquarium, stingrays, etc., but for sure the African megafauna should really be the zoo's next big project.
