Not sure what Sea Life Blackpool means by deepsea anglerfish, but all the photos I've seen (incl. this one and the photo in the BBC article) are goosefish aka monkfish of the genus Lophius, which on a grander scheme are part of the angelfish order and sometimes found in quite deep water. They're also in shallower depths, however. Regardless, interesting species.
