New additions for 2021 include Green Anaconda, Elongated Tortoise and Sumatran Elephant now on the map.
'Australian Turtles' opposite the tortoises is for Broad-shelled River Turtle, Brisbane River Turtle, Krefft's Turtle, Saw-shelled Turtle and Jade Perch. The 'freshwater turtles' on Bindi's Island is an exhibit for Brisbane River Turtle, Krefft's Turtle, Saw-shelled Turtle and Crimson-spotted Rainbowfish. 'Parrots' on Bindi's Island is for a Scarlet Macaw and Blue and Gold Macaw.
'Australian Lizards' next to the Komodos represents an enclosure for Merten's Water Monitor, Cunningham's Skink, Eastern Bluetongue, Land Mullet, Eastern Bearded Dragon (never seen), Eastern Water Dragon and Mary River Turtle.
The patch of land near the emus is currently being converted into an Outback Station with emus, cockatoos and domestics. Note that the Kid's Zoo is now closed which is now labelled as the Outdoor Learning Centre.
