Black-And-White Snapper Juvenile

I'm pretty sure this is a juvenile Black-and-White Snapper (Macolor niger).

Where was this series of images taken?

Not sure whether it's a Midnight Snapper or Black-and-White Snapper. What's the difference in the juveniles? They look identical to me.

These pics are from Flynn Reef. I have pics from other reefs but I just haven't posted them yet.

The Black-and-white juvenile has more of a solid, thick ring around the face, and the Midnight Snapper has extremely long pelvic fins (whereas the B&W has pelvic fins shorter than the length of the head).
But I've had trouble telling them apart in the past, too.
