Wow, I didn't know Memphis Zoo kept this species. How long have they had them? and are they breeding? I thought Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo was the only holder, at least in North America.
@UngulateNerd92 Nope, Memphis and Omaha have both held them for a while; in fact, going off USDA stock lists Memphis holds the vast majority of the population. I don't know any information about breeding.
@Coelacanth18 oh wow, I didn't realize that! Very cool! Do you know where the founder stock came from or how long this line has been in North American zoos or if any other zoos kept them in the past?
