Yep. I was thinking about muskrats while I was walking along the stream, and saw this little guy pop up from under the water and sit on a rock, around 15 seconds later it noticed I was there, and it ran across the path into the woods. Pretty cool to see, a lifer, and one that I haven't seen in captivity.
 
@CheeseChameleon2007 That's brilliant ! well done for getting the shot as they can be very fast and elusive.

I have seen these a couple of times in Europe but the joy of seeing them is taken away by these being a very destructive species to native biodiversity which is a shame as they are such an engaging and lively animal to watch.
