Wild Asia - JungleWorld - Mouse-Deer, Gharial, Turtles, and Fish Exhibit

Species in this exhibit are Greater Mouse-Deer, Asian Forest Tortoise, Forsten’s Tortoise, Gharial, Malaysian Giant Turtle, Pig-nosed Turtle, Red-crowned Roofed Turtle, Giant Gourami, Tinfoil Barb. Free-roaming in this room are Northern White-cheeked Gibbon Azure-winged Magpie, Bali Myna, Masked Lapwing, Metallic Starling, Mindanao Bleeding-Heart, Oriental Magpie-Robin, Painted Stork, Pied Imperial-Pigeon, Radjah Shelduck, Rainbow Lorikeet, Red-faced Parrotfinch, Victoria Crowned-Pigeon, White-breasted Woodswallow.

I always love weird mixes like this! I've always wondered if Gharials would go well together with other species (since they don't hunt anything other than fish in the wild). And seeing them together with mouse-deer, tortoises, ground birds and gibbons is absolutely amazing!
