A much-awaited return from a charismatic semi-aquatic lizard. Some characteristics it possesses, such as extensive hind limbs and the ability to sprint across the surface of water, bears some similarity to the non-related basilisks (Corytophanidae) of the New World.

Yes, these were on exhibit at the pygmy hippo zone, within the same enclosure as the juvenile false gharial & the Vietnamese pond turtles.
@DannySG From my experience, the sailfins usually hide in the Dracaena plant to the right of the enclosure or along the ledge above the glass windows. The juvenile false gharial usually hides along the bank to the left of the enclosure.
