Mottled (Cottus bairdii) and Deepwater (Myoxocephalus thompsonii) Sculpins

The darker one is the Deepwater Sculpin while the lighter ones are the Mottled Sculpins. Mottled Sculpins are common throughout North America, but Deepwater Sculpins are endemic to the depths of the Great Lakes and the Great Bear Lake.
