Yes. As in the people, it's hard to imagine though.

The front exhibit contains sea lions not seals now.
Something many people don't realise is that Hagenbeck was also into ethnography, and brought many different races of people from all over the world to Germany for the public to see. When I visited the zoo in the 1980's there were authentic Chinese stone statues and North American Indian Totem poles on display in the zoo.
