They have one exhibit for each Indian Rhino (1,0 Yohda, 0,1 Narayani, 0,1 Jhansi). The outdoor exhibits are pretty boring, the indoor exhibits are much boring and small....
It's questionable whether your concept of fun can be projected onto rhinos, @rillekolmard...Even among us humans, "fun" can be a rather subjectively biased concept.
This is a Indian Rhino exhibit in an old, crowded European inner city zoo. There exist better and worse husbandry examples, depending on the criteria you take into account.
One could wonder, however, why both zoos in Berlin still keep the species parallely...
If we are honest, which zoo already holds his indian rhinos in such a way they should hold them real, namely in relation to their natural way of life like hippos, which big indoor and outdoor waterpools and mudholes, which natural, and soft ground ? And in areas which cold times, really big indoor exhibits ?
