South america Exhibit

Its home for guanacos, capybara, rhea and the last brown brocket.

It would be nice to see the giant anteaters here, but maybe they have no stable for them.

The giant anteaters have a nice private exhibit. Also, anteaters tend to do better in private enclosures, due to them being a very nervous species.
 
This appears to be a great exhibit, with lots of shade and a large pool.
 
@Toddy. In many mixed exhibits anteaters are doing very well, so Dortmund,Munich,Vienna, they are not more nervous than in other exhibits and Dortmund is breeding them like rabbits in mixed exhibits...

@snowleopard. Yes, you said it. A shame, it would be great also for the tapirs....But they had here many years the Pampas deer in this exhibit, maybe thats why they had not planned with anteaters and tapirs in this exhibit.
