Browsing through the ZooChat gallery, I'm struck by how flat the exhibits are for bears, tigers, pumas and lions. There is little to no landscaping done whatsoever, plus the bear containment is a bit dodgy. Are there backup generators if the power goes out...yikes! I don't want to be too critical of this facility, but a little variety with the landscaping would go a long way and the enclosures for the carnivores are very much open to the elements. For example, the animals would be quite exposed on a windy day.
